Telephonic and Field Case Management
Active Care Auto offers on-site and telephonic case management
services. A claim may be assigned as a task assignment or for ongoing
medical management. Case management reduces the length of the claim by
averting any unnecessary or unrelated medical care. In addition to the
electronic file, adjusters are provided with an initial report and
subsequent monthly reports through closure of case management
services.

NJ Care paths, Decision Point Reviews and Pre-certification
standards
- Board Certified Medical Directors and Independent Examiners of
every specialty and licensure.
- Nursing and clerical assistance with preparation of material to
support and defend determinations made by Active Care Auto should a
claim be filed for arbitration
